We wanted to create an experience that empowered members to seamlessly log into the client’s mobile app by providing a variety of secure and intuitive authentication methods to accommodate different situations.

I worked closely with one other designer, with me taking ownership of redesigning the previous non-native biometric authentication flows and implementing responsive and accessible designs across various iOS and Android devices.

The process
We collaborated regularly with cross-functional teams to determine feasibility and ensure that we were maintaining consistency between mobile and desktop experiences. We validated our designs through user testing and regular peer reviews.
We conducted UserZoom usability tests to gather user feedback and iterate on our designs.

You’re probably thinking “that’s it?” Unfortunately, yes. I joined this project when it was almost halfway done so the majority of my contribution was in the visual design of this product, which hasn’t launched yet.
